01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BJ Baji App ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using BJ Baji App in any capacity — including browsing the website, downloading the app, registering an account, placing bets, playing casino games or making financial transactions — you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside any additional policies published on BJ Baji App, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. In case of any conflict between supplementary policies and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

03 Account Registration & Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one BJ Baji App account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. BJ Baji App will merge or close duplicate accounts and may void associated balances and winnings.

• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your real name as it appears on your payment account (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank).
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. BJ Baji App staff will never ask for your full password.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BJ Baji App support immediately. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until you report a security issue.
• Name matching: The name on your BJ Baji App account must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawals. Mismatches will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Account updates: You must keep your contact details up to date. BJ Baji App uses your registered details to communicate important account and transaction notifications.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on BJ Baji App are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment channels are supported for funding your account:

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within the platform. These may be updated from time to time.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment account not registered in your own name, is prohibited.
• No third-party payments: Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including friends, family or business partners — are not accepted and will be returned or forfeited.
• Transaction confirmation: Always retain confirmation references for all deposits. In case of a discrepancy, your transaction reference will be required to investigate the issue.
• Platform fees: BJ Baji App does not charge deposit fees on its side; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your payment provider directly.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from BJ Baji App are processed in PKR to the payment account registered under your verified name. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Verification first: Your account must be verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requires your account name to match your payment account name exactly.
• Withdrawal to own account only: Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your BJ Baji App account. Requests to send withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• Processing times: BJ Baji App aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt times depend on your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank). Processing may take longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within your account at the time of the request.
• Wagering requirements: Funds credited as bonuses or promotional amounts may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Details are provided when bonuses are issued.
• Right to review: BJ Baji App reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal while a compliance or security review is underway. You will be notified if this applies to your account.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all gaming and betting sections of BJ Baji App — including Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting (Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports) and Fish Games:

• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is placed and confirmed on BJ Baji App, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Always review your bet slip or game selection before confirming.
• Settled bets are final: Once a game result or sports event outcome has been settled, the result is final. Queries about settled bets must be raised within 48 hours of settlement.
• Void bets: In cases where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined period, or a technical error affects a game outcome, BJ Baji App reserves the right to void affected bets. Staked amounts on voided bets are returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and games. These are displayed within the relevant section at the time of placing a bet.
• Odds changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or live casino session, all affected bets from that round may be voided. BJ Baji App is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

BJ Baji App may offer bonuses, promotions and reward programmes to players from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Eligibility: Bonus eligibility criteria (new players, existing players, specific game categories) are stated in each individual promotion's terms and apply alongside these general Terms.
• One bonus per offer: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, device or IP address.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, low-risk covering bets, or systematic misuse of promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse. BJ Baji App reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings in cases of abuse.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free game credits expire after a set period if wagering requirements are not met. Expiry periods are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Modification or cancellation: BJ Baji App reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, the player's position at that point will be honoured where reasonably practicable.

08 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

BJ Baji App operates on the basis of fair play for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank transfers or reversing legitimate deposits after receiving withdrawal of winnings.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of obvious pricing errors in sports odds, software bugs or display errors. Any winnings arising from such errors may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using BJ Baji App to deposit, layer or withdraw funds for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

The BJ Baji App Android application is provided as a direct APK download from the official BJ Baji App website. The following conditions apply to use of the app and platform:

• Personal use only: The BJ Baji App platform and app are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Device responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements for the BJ Baji App and that the device is secure from unauthorised access by third parties.
• Official download only: Only download the BJ Baji App APK from the official source at bjbajiapp.pro. BJ Baji App is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by apps downloaded from unofficial third-party sources.
• Platform availability: BJ Baji App aims to keep the platform available 24 hours a day but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or external factors may cause temporary unavailability.
• Intellectual property: All content on BJ Baji App — including graphics, logos, game interfaces and text — is the property of BJ Baji App or its licensed providers. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

BJ Baji App collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification and payment processing. How your data is used, stored and protected is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with BJ Baji App.

• Data accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring the personal information on your account is accurate and kept up to date.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Closure

BJ Baji App reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)
• Self-exclusion request by the player via the Responsible Gaming tools

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance relating to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Genuine balances unrelated to a breach will be returned to the player's verified payment account following a review period.

You may request voluntary closure of your BJ Baji App account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed to your verified payment account.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, BJ Baji App shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform, including gaming losses
• Interruptions to service caused by technical issues, maintenance or factors outside our reasonable control
• Loss or damage caused by using an unofficial version of the BJ Baji App downloaded from an unauthorised source

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure

Nothing in these Terms limits BJ Baji App's liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
